In 2017, a quartet of friends—including Tom Fisher Riemondy, the great-great grandson of Albert Fisher—revived the brewery, opening in an old auto body shop. The bar first opened in 2014 as a kind of placeholder while awaiting a full liquorlicense, with version 2.0 opening its doors in 2022.
