A lot of people say “alcohol-free” and “zero proof.” But making a craft cocktail infused with that—we were the first people to do that. I think that, five or 10 years from now, you’ll continue to see an increase in alternative nightlife. There was no alcohol alternatives industry. I created the term “booze-free.”
