She began her journey in the hospitality industry in 2011 at an Italian restaurant, where she quickly gained hands-on experience in bartending, specialty cocktails, and guest service. Joining Graton Resort & Casino in 2013 as a bartender, Jessica steadily advanced to Assistant Beverage Manager and, ultimately, to Lead Mixologist in 2021.
