In addition to offering the Spotted Cow as a part of its permanent lineup, New Glarus also brews its Belgian Red, Moon Man Pale Ale, and Pilsner for all-year enjoyment. The $55 million renovation project is expected to wrap up sometime in the fall of 2026, at which point the Hilltop brewery will reopen its doors.
As for the beers, on the Schell side are a light, of course, Vienna lager, German pilsner, a pale ale, and seasonals that include dark German lager and Klsch.
