As of a few days ago, Demo Brewery reported that y’all had drank them out of six of their ten beers. Premium Subscribers knew of this beverage’s existence a couple weeks ago, but now Three Floyds has told the rest of the world about their new Dark Lord whiskey. Good work. That’s a lot of stuff going on.
They can indulge in cuisine from local chefs, have their pick of beers, wines, cocktails, and non-ABV beverages, dance along to a silent disco, shop the wares of local artists and authors, consider larger dishes for purchase, watch cooking competitions, and enjoy comedy sets on a demo stage.

So much of this non-alcoholic space is about creating these analogs, these one-for-one, non-alcoholic whiskeys, for example. Test and push the palates of our core demo and of the world at large. In other “maybe it’s still happening” news, we’re still hoping for the opening of Demo Brewing in Ravenswood. Whiskey Hill hasn’t posted about their Mount Prospect location in a while, which they said was supposed to open in late fall — but that’s still on our radar too.
