Throughout the night, Easy’s will serve the limited-time Paparazzi, Please, made with Monkey 47 Gin, lemon juice, simplesyrup and Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne, then garnished with an elegant lemon twist. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, fresh lime juice, strawberry syrup and Fever Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit, each priced at $9.
