Twenty years ago, a handful of roommates and Dale DeGroff disciples bound together to turn their hospitality-forward house parties into their life’s work. We realized that we had something, that people liked our hospitality. Our first menu, at least if I remember it right, was 60 percent gin , which was unheard of at that time.
