Judged on a refined, smooth tasting serve; balance, harmony and complexity were all integral components, as well as Japanese cocktail ‘ Omotenash i’ (memorable detailed service whole-heatedly looking after guests), in-venue / digital promotion and cocktail listings across 3 weeks in September where they were formally judged and mystery shopped.

During that time there is near-constant live music from several bands, DJs, tropical cocktails curated by top mixologists, seminars on rums and the tiki lifestyle (in other words, fun stuff), fashion show flash mobs, the incredible Tiki Marketplace and access to the pool, which is an ongoing party with a poolside band.
