The social scene is better upstairs at Top Sail (it has no HH) but sometimes you can get lucky with some fun people at the bar. There an also be boring people at the3 bar so I’ll walk in and check the crowd before taking a seat. It has a bigger bar and is not as touristy busy as Brigantine and I often like it better.
