The drinks menu, led by HeadBartender Ryoji Mori, celebrates classic Japanese flavours with a modern twist. Signaturecocktails include the Sakura Highball, a blend of Japanese whisky, yuzu, and a hint of cherry blossom essence, and the Yuzu Martini, which balances yuzu with gin and vermouth.
Cocktail highlights include Come Fly With Me (banana rum and chocolate bitters), Summer Wind (gin and bergamot), That’s Amore (pisco and peach liqueur), and Mr Bojangles (bourbon, port, and Laphroaig). The terrace experience also includes seasonal dishes curated by the Executive Chef and a curated selection of Havana cigars.
