Charlie: I started at 19 years of age at the Hilton Hotel, and I went from events down to Marble Bar as a barback and then up to Zeta Bar, which kicked off my love for bartending. Also, alcohol helps. Cosmo: Wholesome hospitality! How did you guys get into the business and when/where did you meet? Cosmo: You just get through it.
