The Bear Fight American Single Malt Whiskey and both Bird Creek expressions. Distilled from 100% malted Baronesse barley, the Bird Creek Cask Strength Baronesse was matured in cask 19-57 for four years and nine months before bottling at 57.5% The spirit is bottled at 50% ABV. ABV (115 proof).
