Nikka Coffey Vodka Back in the ‘60s, Nikka Whisky Distilling Co. acquired two unique Coffey stills from Scotland, and has since honored their use with a line of fine whisky, gin , and vodka. The spirit’s origins lie north of the border while the stout barrels previously housed Hinterhaus Distilling’s bourbon.
