Earlier this fall, Chattanooga Whiskey rolled out its second annual bottled in bond release for 2023. It’s a bit less balanced than the spring release, but still another engaging and well-executed bottled in bond from the crew at Chattanooga Whiskey. The particulars are below. 100 proof.
December 2021 saw the opening of a second location in River Falls, Wisconsin. With its whiskey program, Tattersall runs a sweet mash fermentation over 5 days. The whiskey is twice-distilled with the pot portion, as the column is deactivated. Sadly, Tattersall permanently shuttered the Minneapolis location on November 30, 2024.
