All 700ml bottles. El Amparo Rum – Pot still rum (amparo means “shelter” in Spanish) produced in Jipijapa, Ecuador from fresh Cubana Negra sugar cane juice. Bottled unaged and at still strength, this is the first batch of rum from a 60 year old distillery available in the U.S. 115 proof.

The spirit was distilled in 2012 and aged for five and a half years in ex-bourbon barrels. The new release of Arran Barrel Bonfire consists of just 14,822 bottles, bottled at 50% ABV. Arran single malt has previously been bottled at 14 and 20PPM, with this expression constituting the highest peat level in an Arran expression.
