If you’re looking to treat yourself then I’d chase down the sherry cask or the rum cask releases. The rum cask got a lot of flak for not being ‘interesting enough’.

The distillery releases a wide range of expressions, many bottled at 50% ABV or higher, often with a strong focus on sherry, rum, or Sauternes cask influence. Truly delicious.
