Remove the fronds from the stems (discard the stems) and add to a blender along with the lemongrass and 1 quart of 2:1 simple syrup. London dry gin 1/2 oz. Blend until smooth, then fine-strain and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. I find that most people are intrigued by the idea of fresh dill in their cocktail.”
