This 2024 bottling is the 10th anniversary release of the expression, with 10,000 bottles released at a scorching 70.1% Cowboy Bourbon is always a barrel pick creation, but while Garrison doesn’t mention the age of this year’s whiskeys, in 2022 they were pulled from 8- and 9-year-old barrels. The sparkling wine category, which had posted growth for 20 consecutive years since 2002, took a tumble in 2023. Sparkling wine consumption fell 3.4% million 9-liter cases, according to The Beverage Information Group ’s 2024 Industry Overview. Sparklers have a distinct advantage over still wines, however.
